CSCAA Coach Academy - May 7, 2017

The role of coach on a college campus has changed, requiring a greater skill set for success than ever before.  The CSCAA Coach Academy will provide foundational professional development experiences to help coaches improve their off-the-deck skills, align their programs with the mission of their institution and gain new tactics for growing their alumni networks and financial support.

Limited in size, the Coach Academy allows participants to work directly with instructors.  Coaches will:

  • Strengthen their CEO Skills,
  • Improve the alignment of their programs with their institution;
  • Learn strategies to maximize your recruiting;
  • Gain skills to grow your alumni network and financial support; and
  • Expand your own personal network.

This is a great professional development opportunity for assistant and new head swimming and diving coaches.  The Coach Academy will include four sessions immediately prior to the start of the 2017 CSCAA Convention.
