Dear Frank,
On behalf of the CSCAA and your many colleagues and friends in the
college swimming community,please accept our warmest congratulations
on your selection as the USA Swimming National Team Director.
Excellence has been your calling card during a very distinguished
college coaching career, and all of us who have competed with and
against you have every confidence that USA Swimming will prosper and
exude excellence under your guidance and leadership.
We wish you every continued success in your new journey and look
forward to spending time with you on the pool deck. There is not
