ANDERSON UNIVERSITY (IN) HEAD SWIM Coach
The duties of the head coach include overseeing practices and conditioning, recruiting, abiding by all NCAA and Heartland Conference rules and regulations, budget management, academic progress and eligibility status of student athletes. Anderson University is a NCAA Division III institution competing in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference.
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and demonstrated success in coaching tennis, preferably at the college level. Must have good organizational skills, oral and written communication skills and the ability to create a positive student-athlete experience. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment and ability to working with a diverse student population.
Must meet university lifestyle expectations.
Benefits: This is an 83% FTE position. Full-time benefits available.
