Full-time (12 month) administrative coaching position available immediately. Responsible for all aspects of the varsity men’s and women’s swimming programs, as well as oversight of the campus aquatics facility. Duties include, but are not limited to recruitment and retention of quality student-athletics through NCAA approved contact and academic support services; effective in-competition coaching, practice structure, and instruction; meet operations; scheduling; travel supervision; budget control; coordination of all aquatics facility-related maintenance, operation, and programming; and instruction of a limited load of swimming-related physical education classes. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; 3 years of experience in college swimming, intercollegiate athletics and administration; and suitable certification in pool operation and water safety/instruction.
