Luther College, a private, liberal arts institution located in Decorah, Iowa, seeks applications for Head Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Coach/Director of Aquatics. The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the program, including but not limited to, practice organization, contest management, recruiting, staff development, budget oversight, student-athlete development, and academic monitoring. Strong leadership and motivational skills are required; a record of integrity and the ability to inspire student-athletes to perform at a high level is essential; and a willingness to advance the goals and mission of Luther College while adhering to the rules, policies, and regulations established by Luther College, the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, and the NCAA is critical. The successful candidate will also teach various courses in the HPE program and serve as the aquatics director. Qualifications for the position include: 1) a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred. 2) at least three years of successful college or high school coaching experience, and 3) relevant teaching and administrative experience.
