Trinity College (CT) Men's & Women's Swimming Assistant Coach

Trinity College in Hartford CT, an NCAA Division III, liberal arts and science college in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), is seeking to fill a full time assistant coach for both our men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams.

DUTIES: Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in the development of leading and organizing all facets of a Division III men’s and women’s swimming program, knowledge of and adherence to NESCAC and NCAA rules, recruiting, practice planning and execution, teaching responsibilities and mentoring student-athletes. The assistant coach will also have administrative duties within the Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s degree. Proven successful men’s and/or women’s swimming coaching experience and/or college swimming experience. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, advanced social media skills, and a strong knowledge of Hy-tek and Meet Manager software. Ability to teach physical education courses in aquatics preferred. Candidate should be considering a career in college coaching.
