Northern State University Head Women's Swimming Coach

Northern State is accepting applications for a full-time head women’s swimming coach.

 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. 2 years coaching experience required; competitive swim experience preferred.

 Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but not limited to, leading a competitive NCAA Division II swimming program including coaching and teaching student-athletes, recruiting prospective student-athletes, practice and training planning, season planning, team day to day management, contest scheduling, travel coordination, budget management, equipment purchasing and fundraising. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with the local swim club at the level that they feel comfortable with. Other duties include scheduling the NSU swimming pool.
