Washington College Assistant Men's & Women's Swimming Coach

Washington College in Chestertown, MD, a NCAA Division III member of the Centennial Conference, will be accepting applications for the 10-month position of Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swim Coach. The individual hired will be responsible for assisting the Head Men’s and Women’s Swim Coach in all phases of the Division III swimming program, within college, conference and NCAA rules and regulations with an emphasis on recruiting highly qualified prospective student/athletes. Additional responsibilities include assisting with management and staff for the Casey Aquatics Center, as well as assisting with the Sho’men Age Group Swim Team.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required along with past competitive and/or coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level. Valid driver’s license required as travel is necessary for the position at both the college level and the age group level. Red Cross certification in Lifeguard Training, CPR and First Aid is required.
