Part Time Assistant Men’s & Women’s Swimming Coach – California State University, Bakersfield

Head Age Group Coach – Roadrunner Aquatics

This position will report to the Director of Men’s and Women’s Swimming/Diving and Aquatic facility.  The position includes, but is not limited to, duties assigned by the head coach, administrating all phases of a NCAA Div. I swimming program, including recruitment of student-athletes, monitoring academic progress, administration duties, on deck-coaching and meet preparations.  The assistant will be responsible for set-up and running all meets held at the Hillman Aquatic Center.  Assistant Coach will need to have knowledge with using Hy Tek and CSUB timing system.  In addition, must comply with all NCAA, institutional and WAC rules and regulations.

There will be additional coaching and administration responsibilities for Roadrunner Aquatics.
