Job Title: Assistant Women's & Men's Swimming Coach
Position Description: Responsibilities
University of Missouri - St. Louis, a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference, is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Women’s and Men’s Swimming Coach. This position is a 12-month full time position with benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and managing the women’s and men’s swimming program within the guidelines of the NCAA Division II level, conference and institution. Responsibilities will include assisting the head coach with recruiting, organization of practices in and out of season, skill and player development, management of travel, dry land training, strength and conditioning, academic oversight of student-athletes, community service, and involvement with the management of camps.
Salary $30,000 annually

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications
Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills are required, as well as a strong knowledge of current teaching techniques in the sport of swimming.
A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Masters degree preferred.
