Dear CSCAA Membership,
It is with great pleasure that the CSCAA B.O.D. announce the appointment of Joel Shinofield as our next Executive Director!
The executive board reviewed resumes for the ED position during the month of June. Four outstanding candidates emerged and interviews were arranged during the month of July. Upon completion of the interview process, the Executive Board shared our findings with the remainder of the B.O.D for approval.

As many of you know, Bob Groseth will be completing his contract as Executive Director at the end of August. Bob has brought a calming, knowledgeable and productive influence to our association and will continue working the remainder of the month to assist Joel in a seamless transition of leadership.
The board would like to thank Bob for his service to the organization and wish him nothing but success in his next chapter serving our sport. Please let Bob know what he has meant to our organization when you see him on deck.
Joel will address the organization in the coming weeks to share his thoughts and feelings as we move forward under his leadership.
