Whether you’re a pool builder or selling pull boys, the CSCAA Convention will connect you with professionals involved in the purchasing process. As an organization, we work to maximize value, not vendors meaning you have meaningful interactions with our coaches. This year’s convention will take place May 2-4 in Rosemont, Illinois. Rates

• Single (10’x10’) Booth - $2,000

• Double (20’x10’) Booth - $3,000

All booths include banquet ticket for each attendee (up to three) and twelve drink tickets for use on Sunday reception.

Set-Up

The exhibit area will be available for set-up Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Receiving

The hotel provides services for storage, delivery, shipping & handling, which are available at an additional charge. The Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare will accept shipments no earlier than five (5) days prior to the arrival of the event/convention.

Receiving Service Charges:

• $5.00 per item 1-20 pounds

• $10.00 per item 20-100 pounds

• $15.00 per item 100-200 pounds

• $100.00 per item 200 pounds and/or all skids

Liability

Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare, CSCAA, and their owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, independent contractors, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor's use of the property. Exhibitor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Exhibitor's occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel or any part thereof.
