CSCAA Launches Mentoring Initiative

Mentoring is one of the most important things that can help a professional stay healthy and whole and develop continuously throughout one’s career.  Whether you are a grizzled veteran or in your rookie season, the more support a coach has, the stronger they and their team are.

To assist coaches, the CSCAA is launching the Tony Lisa Mentoring Initiative.

“My mentors have helped me in so many ways.” explained Fresno State head coach and CSCAA Mentoring Committee Chair Jeanne Fleck. “I’ve seen firsthand how this process can help a younger coach to find their way and also help invigorate a veteran coach.”

Under the program, coaches will be selected to participate in groups of three. These three coaches (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) will work together on a series of planned conference calls and monthly talking points. To ensure a quality experience, participation is limited.

Coaches interested in participating should Apply Here   The deadline to apply is Friday, November 2nd. Coaches will be notified if they have been selected and assigned mentors the following week.
