The CSCAA Women’s Advisory Committee Continues with the Support of Speedo

The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is proud to announce the 2025 members of its Women’s Advisory Committee. Supported by presenting sponsor Speedo, the committee is a vital part of the CSCAA’s efforts to promote gender equity, support women coaches, and strengthen leadership opportunities across collegiate swimming and diving.

The Women’s Advisory Committee plays a key role in developing programming, mentorship, and advocacy initiatives designed to retain and elevate women in coaching. With representation from every NCAA division and a broad range of career stages, the committee continues to serve as a driving force behind efforts to build a more inclusive coaching community.

“This committee reflects the best of our sport—collaborative, values-driven, and committed to progress,” said Samantha Barany, Executive Director of the CSCAA. “These coaches are shaping the future of college swimming and diving through their service, and we are especially grateful for Speedo’s continued support, which allows us to provide real resources and platforms for these leaders to thrive.”

  • Ignite! 4 R’s for Coaching Success, a virtual coaching development series presented by Speedo, featuring four interactive sessions with leading voices in coaching and sports leadership.

  • Annual Meeting Speaker Sessions, where committee-selected speakers share insights and strategies for women in coaching.
