The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association (CSCAA) is pleased to announce its draft agenda for its 2021 Convention. This year’s convention will take place online from May 3-6. To make the convention valuable and accessible the CSCAA has doubled the speakers lineup while also slashing registration rates.

This year’s convention will feature:

  • Twice as many presentations as any previous CSCAA Convention. The lineup, of course, begins with college coaches at the top of their game including Yuri Suguiyama, Jay Holmes, and Bobby Guntoro. Included among the presenters are USOPC Developmental Coach of the Year, Dana Skelton, Ohio State Athletic Director Gene Smith, technical innovators like Ernie Maglischo, Gary Hall, Sr, and Genadijus Sokolovas. This year’s presenters also include the Association’s largest lineup of Diving speakers.

  • Evening Happy Hour Q&A Sessions. Each evening speakers will return to join for wide-ranging discussions surrounding the day’s topics. These highly interactive sessions will enable attendees to explore topics further.

  • Association and NCAA Business - This year’s topics include the re-election of board members, reports from the NCAA Championship committees and a review of rules proposals.

  • On-Demand Access - All sessions will be recorded and available on-demand for thirty days following the conclusion of the convention.
